6 During 2009, I've been foolish enough to candidate as <acronym title="Debian
7 Project Leader">DPL</acronym> in the
8 [yearly elections](http://www.debian.org/vote/2009/vote_001).  My attempt was
9 *not* successful: the other candidate (Steve McIntyre, which was standing again
10 after his 1st term as DPL) won over me by 43 votes.  This page collects
